Highly Skilled Marketing Coordinators Needed
$25–$40/hour starting rate, based on experience. Minimum 3 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator for our clients, you will coordinate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple media channels. You will establish a collaborative working relationship with the business owner, work on strategic and big-picture goals while taking charge of tactical implementation and execution. You will manage projects autonomously and be responsible for organizing, planning, and structuring workload. You will also have access to the Lean Marketing Accelerator for support, training, coaching, and strategic direction.

Copywriting . Craft direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, web, and social media. Write excellent copy and provide samples.
Tech-savvy . Quickly learn new marketing tools such as CRM systems, content management systems, and email marketing.
Leadership potential . Play role as only in-house marketing person initially, then manage a team of marketing assistants as goals are met.
Project management . Create and adhere to deadlines, draft budgets, and move simultaneous projects forward to completion.
Teachable and coachable . Learn on the job and exhibit a positive attitude.
Self-starter . Determine what needs to happen, when, and how. Take initiative to start tasks.
Skills We’re Looking For
Copywriting : Writing and editing marketing copy for various channels such as email, website, and social media.
Email Marketing : Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing CRM, automations, and workflows.
Design & Content Creation : Designing lead magnets, resources, content, brochures, social media posts, and landing pages.
Content Calendar Management : Developing a content plan, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content. Repurpose across media channels.
Metrics Tracking : Weekly tracking of key metrics and monitoring website traffic, leads, and engagement.
Project timelines : Creating and managing project timelines to ensure campaigns are completed on time.
Website management : Updating content, ensuring functionality, and improving performance.
System optimization : Optimize marketing systems from top‑of‑funnel to customer acquisition, increasing retention.
Cross‑department coordination : Align marketing with sales, product, and customer service goals.
Social Media Management : Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content and interact with audiences.
Other Skills That Are a Plus
Event coordination : Trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
Video production : Coordinate and manage video content, schedule, and basic editing skills.
Cold outreach : Outbound email outreach and account‑based marketing across channels.
