Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Functional QA Lead

to lead functional and end-to-end quality assurance activities for Salesforce LC Next Gen solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce functional testing, enterprise impact analysis, and leadership of offshore QA teams. The candidate will work closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure high-quality Salesforce releases across complex business use cases.

Key Responsibilities Lead functional and end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce LC Next Gen implementations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-aligned functional scenarios and acceptance criteria. Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and business processes. Assess upstream and downstream impacts of Salesforce changes across enterprise systems, including user onboarding and shared services. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to identify risks, dependencies, and solution gaps early in the lifecycle. Own test strategy, test planning, execution, and defect management for Salesforce releases. Lead, mentor, and coordinate offshore QA teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines. Drive defect triage, root-cause analysis, and validation of fixes prior to release. Ensure testing aligns with enterprise QA standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience leading Salesforce functional QA initiatives. Hands-on expertise in Salesforce functional testing, workflows, configurations, and integrations. Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Experience performing enterprise-level functional and end-to-end testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes. Experience leading offshore or distributed QA teams. Excellent collaboration skills with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams. Competencies
