Senior Product Owner
Location: Bethesda, MD (Remote)
Duration: 12 months
Seeking for a Senior Product Owner to manage innovative products in Hotel Operations and Guest Service. Collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to enhance our product offerings.
Core Responsibilities: Maintain a well-groomed product backlog with refined user stories ready for development. Define and optimize product features, incorporating them into product roadmaps. Support product requirements definition and roadmap development. Provide clear vision, scope documentation, use cases, workflows, and wire-frames for development. Coordinate testing, acceptance, and delivery of enhancements with vendors and business partners. Work with support teams for defect resolution. Key Skills and Experience:
7 years' experience in information technology application design or development. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 4 years' experience as a product owner or product manager. Proficient in explaining product vision, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Experience with Agile Development methodology and tools (CSPO or CSM certification a plus). Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SmartSheets. Strong project management skills (PMI certification a plus). Familiarity with hospitality industry applications and processes preferred.
