LHH is partnering with an offshore operations client to support the addition of an
HR Readiness & Mobilization Coordinator . This role supports HR readiness and mobilization activities for offshore and offshoreadjacent operations and requires
prior oil & gas industry experience .
This position is highly administrative and coordinationfocused and is ideal for candidates who have supported drilling, rigside, or operational teams and are comfortable managing detailed trackers, documentation, and followups in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
HR Readiness & Mobilization Coordinator
Location:
Houston, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Schedule:
Flexible start time between
6:00 AM-7:00 AM Employment Type:
Contract (W2 through LHH) Pay Rate:
$24-$28/hour
Key Responsibilities
Support HR readiness and mobilization activities for offshore and offshoreadjacent personnel
Maintain and update detailed readiness trackers, logs, and documentation with high accuracy
Coordinate followups with managers, training teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure mobilization milestones are met
Prepare concise status summaries and updates for meetings and leadership review
Identify missing or incomplete information and proactively escalate risks or delays
Support administrative coordination related to contracts and documentation in partnership with Legal and Operations
Ensure data accuracy, version control, and timely updates across all readiness materials
Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, Training, and Project teams
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
1-3 years of experience within oil & gas, offshore, drilling, or offshoreadjacent operations Examples: drilling support, crew coordination, rigside admin, operations assistant, mobilization or readiness support
Strong
advanced Excel
skills with handson experience managing complex trackers and data accuracy
Proven experience preparing written or PowerPoint status summaries
Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail
Ability to work
independently
with minimal oversight
Strong written communication skills and followup accountability
Comfortable working in a
fastpaced, operationsdriven environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Prior mobilization, readiness, logistics, or crewing coordination experience
Experience supporting contracts, MSAs, or compliance documentation
Familiarity with SharePoint, HRIS, or readiness tracking systems
Exposure to offshore drilling or offshoreadjacent operations
