Nice to have: - Work group experience in Waystar - setting up the work groups in Waystar - monitoring the work groups in Waystar - working rejected and denial claims in Waystar - Enrolling to submit claims and get remits back in other similar systems/clearing house (ie: Availity)
Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes within EDI clearinghouses such as Waystar Key responsibilities include: • Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner • Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines • Monitor Accounts: Investigating and resolving enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process • Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups. • Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department • Other responsibilities as assigned Skills and Qualifications • In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process. • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication • Attention to Detail: strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines • Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities • Self-Motivation: Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting Skills: • Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar etc.). • strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Desired Attributes: • Detail-oriented and meticulous. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
salary: $22.99 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School
