A mature Christian faith and alignment with the company's mission and values are essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, a proven track record in organizational fundraising, and the ability to lead through change and crisis. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills are required, as is the ability to engage with diverse partners and represent the organization in a variety of settings.
