About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead its Chicagoland, DuPage, and Aurora Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and management of multiple sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that align with the company's standards and best practices. The role also involves fundraising, partnership development, and representing the organization in various public settings.

Candidates for the Regional Executive Director position should have a graduate degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience, with a preference for those with over 10 years' in senior leadership, particularly in a multi-site, multi-layered organizational structure. A mature Christian faith and alignment with the company's mission and values are essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, a proven track record in organizational fundraising, and the ability to lead through change and crisis. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills are required, as is the ability to engage with diverse partners and represent the organization in a variety of settings. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to connect work across programs and a commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery.
