THE TYPE OF DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
Experience in facilities management, operations management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to respond to facility emergencies when needed
Experience working in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar environments is preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position with required
emergency on‑call availability .
In this role, you'll oversee compliance readiness, lead emergency preparedness, maintain building systems, coordinate vendors, manage projects, and ensure resident areas remain safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Each day, you'll troubleshoot challenges, plan for preventative maintenance, guide assisted living staff through safety protocols, and collaborate with leadership to ensure operational success, all while knowing your work makes a meaningful difference.
