The Role This role drives property-level revenue through marketing plans addressing local and regional business objectives, collaborating with corporate and hotel teams such as Sales, Revenue Management and Digital. It also identifies revenue opportunities and executes promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels. Integrated marketing with digital media and analytics across media types is essential.
Additional responsibilities include:
Understands the business needs, competitive environment, and challenges for designated hotels; guides the development of localized digital marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, measurement, and continual analysis
Acts as the first responder to hotel owner and operator questions about corporate strategy, campaigns, digital and brand performance
Supports brand, loyalty, partnership and digital teams in communicating corporate initiatives to the field to ensure maximum participation
Develops annual digital marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue and guest engagement
Provides consultation for hotel openings and renovations to maximize business performance
Advises hotels on managing Hyatt-preferred marketing agencies and suppliers
Provides regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives
Ability to travel up to 25%
Qualifications Experience Required:
6+ years of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand
Digital campaign management, including fundamentals of Search, Paid Social, and SEO content optimization
Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics and performance management with demonstrated ROI
Experience Preferred:
Hotel/hospitality industry experience
Events/meeting planning experience
Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure

The salary range for this position is $98,600-$115,000. This role is eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan. The final pay rate will depend on experience, skill level, and location, and will comply with local wage requirements.
