We are a fast-growing logistics company moving hundreds of truckload and LTL shipments daily across North America. Our culture rewards hustle, accountability, and performance. We are looking for Account Managers who want to grow customer relationships, manage freight operations, and build a long-term career in logistics.
Location: Urbandale, IA – Hiring local in office and Remote (U.S Based)

Qualifications
Core Qualifications
5+ years of industry experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation
Experience managing shipper relationships and day-to-day freight operations
Proven ability to build trust with customers and carriers
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work – sit at a desk, use a computer and a phone for most of the day
Repetitive motion – type on a computer, write or dial on a phone
Hearing – be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
Talking – expressing or exchanging ideas by speaking when necessary
Visual – be able to see a computer screen, read reports and/or information
Pushing, pulling and/or lifting objects 25lbs or less
