Account Representatives

SCHEDULE

Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule (After Training):

Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$19.00 per hour starting pay

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact customers to understand their financial situation

Provide payment solutions that align with bank policies

Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction

Maintain performance metrics and quality standards

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Accurately document account activity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required

At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer and typing skills

Dependable with a professional attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality
