Customer Service Representative
A retail electricity company is actively hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for their growing call center team! We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates who can be responsible for assisting customers over the phone with various inquiries including but not limited to payments on account, service issues, account review and any other issues that may arise. Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, any shift between 7am-6pm; rotating Saturdays 8am-noon (1 Saturday per month) Location: Greenway Plaza area (77098 zip code) Job Description: Research account status, identify and resolve or assign account issues Address billing inquiries and resolve billing disputes Process disconnection and reconnection requests Enroll customers and resolve enrollment issues Provide price quotes to prospective customers Perform initial collection activity on past due accounts Requirements: 1+ years of call center experience required Retail electricity experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English Good typing and multi-tasking skills Ability to resolve issues with the best resolution in mind Familiar with call center metrics such as CSAT, ASAT, NPS, Renewals, AHT, Quality and ability to meet them on a monthly basis. Ability to work overtime when needed Ability to sell renewal products Ability to perform off-phone activities
