You will own top-of-funnel work, book qualified meetings, and help build a stronger sales motion from the ground up.
What you’ll do
Prospect GovCon accounts across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound interest and respond fast.
Book qualified meetings for sales and delivery leaders.
Keep CRM notes, activity, and next steps clean.
Run campaigns by service line and refine messaging.
Help route multi-service opportunities to the right teams.
Support conference follow-up and outbound before events.
Must-Haves
1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or high-activity sales.
Strong outbound calling skills and thick skin.
Clear, concise business writing.
Strong qualification skills and coachability.
Nice to Have
B2B services sales experience.
GovCon exposure.
MEDDICC or similar qualification framework.
Military background is a plus.
