As the Director of Accounts, you’ll be the strategic partner to our agency clients — ensuring each relationship drives measurable success. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while expanding each partnership with strategic tools as needed.
Responsibilities
Growth and retention of agency accounts through proactive support and insights.
Collaboration with partners on AI strategy and joint revenue opportunities.
Coordination between product, sales, and marketing teams to align success metrics.
Qualifications
Strong background in client success, partnerships, or account management.
Capable of building trust and communicating clearly at the executive level.
Excited by the intersection of AI, automation, and business growth.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in retail marketing , ideally with exposure to multi‑location or franchise‑based clients.
Strong background in agency operations , including client onboarding, campaign delivery, and performance optimization.
Hands‑on experience managing media fulfillment , across digital platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic, video, etc.) or similar channels.
Proven success developing strategic account plans, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities within agency relationships.
Ability to translate complex marketing performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Skilled at collaborating across teams — product, sales, and operations — to ensure seamless client experiences.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a knack for turning clients into long‑term partners.
Demonstrated discipline and accountability in managing deliverables, timelines, and team performance.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven SaaS environment where innovation, iteration, and execution move quickly.
Have experience leading or scaling agency partnerships in the marketing technology or advertising automation space.
