Robert Half’s nonprofit client is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support and elevate their brand presence, digital engagement, and mission-driven storytelling. About the Role This role will play a key part in shaping the organization’s voice, strengthening its digital footprint, and engaging its community through compelling content and strategic communications.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing digital content strategies

Managing website, email marketing, and social media channels

Supporting communications tied to programs, advocacy, and events

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Digital Management

Develop, write, edit, and distribute digital content including newsletters, website copy, and email campaigns

Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and consistency

Manage and execute social media strategy to drive engagement and audience growth

Strategic Communications

Support messaging and communications strategies for internal and external audiences

Draft press releases, statements, and other public-facing materials

Track and analyze performance metrics across campaigns, website traffic, and social channels

Marketing Execution

Coordinate development of marketing materials such as digital assets, event promotions, and collateral

Support planning and promotion of organizational programs and events

Maintain and distribute a centralized calendar of initiatives and activities

Event & Team Support

Assist with marketing and communications efforts for key events, including promotional content and logistics support

Provide general communications and marketing support as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong storyteller with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and mission-driven messaging

Digitally savvy with experience managing multi-channel campaigns

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency
