This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist. The responsibilities include accurately inputting and updating data into company databases, verifying and reviewing data for accuracy, ensuring timeliness, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The role may also involve basic administrative tasks, collaborating with team members, and supporting operational workflows to ensure seamless data management. Qualifications

Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills, including familiarity with data entry software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools Effective Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear written and verbal updates and respond to queries Experience in Customer Service and Administrative Assistance, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in handling standardized processes Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy field is advantageous but not required
