Director of Business Development: Specialized Pharmacy Solutions

Role Overview 

We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Business Development to lead our expansion into the 503A, 503B compounding, medical wellness sectors. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with specialized pharmacies to scale our portfolio of patented medical wellness and metabolic health products.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Access: Identify and secure long-term partnerships with 503A/B compounding facilities.
• Revenue Growth: Drive sales of our specialized wellness and injectable product lines (including advanced peptides and metabolic therapies).
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure all business activities align with FDA compounding regulations and state board requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in the medical wellness and longevity space to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical sales or BD, with a proven track record in the compounding pharmacy (503A/B) medical wellness space.
• Network: An existing book of business or deep relationships within specialized pharmacy networks.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the clinical applications of metabolic health and wellness therapies.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
