POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Events Specialist to join our team in Farmington, Missouri. This role will play a key part in planning and executing community events, strengthening local partnerships, and expanding brand presence across a portfolio of growing businesses.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and energized by bringing people together through well‑executed events and community initiatives. This position will lead the coordination of promotional events, brand activations, and local partnerships while also supporting marketing campaigns that drive awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities will include organizing and promoting community events, collaborating with local organizations and businesses, and developing digital and on‑site marketing materials to support event success. The role will also contribute marketing support across several affiliated brands, including our local coffee shop, event spaces, and other community‑focused businesses.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Event Planning & Management Plan and execute community events, promotional activations, and educational workshops that strengthen local brand presence
Coordinate participation in local festivals, markets, expos, and community gatherings
Organize open houses, product launches, and customer experience events across multiple businesses
Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, materials, setup, and staff scheduling
Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize event attendance and engagement
Track event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events and community impact
Social Media Management Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Create engaging, educational content that showcases our services
Manage daily posting schedule, community engagement, and social media advertising campaigns
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Graphic Design & Content Creation Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and promotional graphics
Create visual content for social media posts, stories, and video content
Develop branded materials for events, partnerships, and displays
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Design email marketing templates and newsletters
Partnership Development Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses
Develop referral programs and cross‑promotional opportunities
Build relationships with local influencers and community leaders
Coordinate corporate partnerships
Manage ongoing partnership communications and collaborative marketing efforts
Negotiate partnership agreements and track partnership performance
Additional Marketing Support
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer retention programs
Support website content updates and SEO optimization
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Manage patient feedback and online reputation management
Coordinate with external marketing vendors and freelancers as needed
Support internal marketing initiatives and clinic promotions
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, wellness, or aesthetic industries
Event planning and coordination experience
Video editing and content creation skills
Experience managing website content, landing pages, and basic SEO to support marketing campaigns and events
Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong social media management experience with demonstrated results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Photography skills for social media and marketing materials
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Project management software proficiency
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event materials
Capability to stand for extended periods during events
Travel to local events and partnership meetings within the greater Farmington area
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
