Our client, a growing consumer brand, is seeking a digitally driven Marketing Coordinator to support

social media execution, influencer initiatives, email marketing, and cross-functional project management.

Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this role is ideal for a highly organized, hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. They must also be able to

commute to Elizabeth, NJ 1-2x per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day social media operations including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking

Execute influencer campaigns from outreach through content coordination and reporting

Build and deploy email marketing campaigns while optimizing subscriber engagement

Track digital campaign performance and provide insight‑driven recommendations

Maintain marketing calendars, workflows, and project timelines to ensure on‑time execution

Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external partners to support marketing initiatives

Qualifications

2–3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in‑house)

Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and executing digital campaigns

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)

Self‑starter comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment
