Direct Sales Representative Location:

Boston, MA to Arlington, MA (Greater Boston market)

Compensation:

Base salary $39,900 + uncapped commissions. Potential to earn $89,000+ with commissions and bonuses. Sign‑on bonus up to $2,500 (restrictions may apply).

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within the assigned territory.

Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet residential customers’ needs within the serviceable footprint.

Engage in technical discussions with potential customers, providing demonstrations and presentations.

Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.

Prepare sales information for customers.

Distribute marketing material and participate in special sales events.

Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on changes and developments within the product/service line.

Work in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment; 90% of the work is outdoors.

Maintain excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong sales experience (telecommunications background a plus).

Positive, creative, and persuasive personality.

Self‑starter, motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Sales‑quota driven mindset.
