Position
Direct Sales Representative
Job Summary Location: Greater Boston, MA (Boston to Arlington). This role is field based across the Greater Boston market and focuses on acquiring new residential customers for Astound Broadband within the serviceable footprint.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $39,900 per year. Uncapped commissions with a target earning of $32,000 annually. Total compensation can reach $89,000+ depending on performance. Signing bonus up to $2,500.

Paid Time Off/Vacation: Starting at 80 hours per year, increasing with tenure
Floating Holiday: 40 hours per year

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
Engage in technical discussions through demonstrations and presentations
Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
Prepare sales information for customers
Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes in product/service line
Work effectively outdoors; 90% of work is field‑based
Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills
Motivated, self‑starter comfortable with autonomous work
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Sales quota driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficient in Microsoft products
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
