Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Sacramento, CA. The Account Executive will focus on driving sales of residential solar and energy solutions, building strong relationships with potential customers, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract closure. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Currently working in the new homes construction space as a trade partner
Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Customer relationship management and client-facing communication skills
Knowledge of residential solar products, energy storage solutions, and clean energy technologies
Ability to utilize CRM tools and software effectively, with proficiency in digital sales platforms
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in renewable energy or related industries is a plus
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience in sales or energy sectors
