NCAA Digital Multimedia Editing Post Grad

Your New Role NCAA Digital brings to life March Madness and over 90 other NCAA Championships for millions of fans each year. As a hybrid role between the editorial and multimedia teams, you will assist with daily video production, editing, publishing and distribution for NCAA.com and March Madness products. Work alongside editorial staff to craft articles, live blogs, rankings, polls and newsletters, while also creating live streams, game replays, compilations and social‑forward vertical edits. You are encouraged to pitch your own ideas and collaborate across platforms.

Program Details This is an eleven‑month, benefits‑eligible paid program starting August 3, 2026.

Qualifications

Four‑year college degree from an NCAA member institution within 2 years post‑graduation

Strong sports knowledge and basic understanding of live event streaming production

Proficient with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop

Ability to manage multiple live streams, including scheduling, live production, audio/video monitoring, and publishing to a CMS

Apprentice responsive and accessible website displays for articles, videos, GIFs and photos

History of writing quick daily news items across a variety of subjects

High attention to detail and clear, concise communication skills

Passion for sports and digital media

Ability to work in a team environment with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Can handle last‑minute or quick‑turnaround deadlines

Energetic and enthusiastic self‑starter who enjoys working under pressure

College athletics department multimedia production experience preferred

Former NCAA student‑athlete strongly encouraged to apply
