NCAA Digital Multimedia Editing Post Grad
WarnerMedia, Atlanta, GA, United States
Your New Role
NCAA Digital brings to life one of the world’s biggest sporting events for millions of fans every year – March Madness. TNT Sports’ partnership with the NCAA encompasses products, content, and experiences across every possible platform – from iPhones to Facebook, and everything in between. Beyond March Madness, NCAA Digital covers 91 NCAA championships for passionate college sports fans, including exciting events like the Frozen Four and College World Series. We’re looking for exceptional post‑graduate candidates excited about working in college sports and eager to learn the world of digital media.
This position exists as a hybrid role between the editorial teams and the multimedia department. The editorial team is the driving force behind NCAA.com and the vibrant March Madness men’s and NCAA championships social media presence. We deliver a comprehensive and engaging content experience, crafting compelling articles, dynamic live blogs, insightful rankings and polls, captivating videos, and informative newsletters. From in‑depth analysis to real‑time updates, our team connects fans to the heart of college sports, providing the stories and highlights that define the NCAA.
The multimedia department oversees all multimedia content for NCAA Digital. The team streams more than 50 live NCAA championships and captures video highlights for all 91 championships each academic year. It also produces a variety of video content, which may include full game replays, creative long‑form compilations, and social‑forward vertical edits. This content may be assigned by editors, but postgraduates are highly encouraged to pitch their own ideas. The multimedia postgraduate will assist the NCAA Digital multimedia staff in the daily video production for NCAA.com and March Madness products, including editing, publishing, and distribution of content. All candidates must be recent graduates of a four‑year NCAA member institution; former NCAA student‑athletes are also strongly encouraged to apply.
This is an eleven‑month, benefits‑eligible paid program, with a start date of August 3, 2026.
Qualifications
Four‑year college degree from an NCAA member institution, within 2 years post‑grad
Strong sports knowledge with a basic understanding of live event streaming production

Ability to program responsive and accessible website displays for articles, videos, GIFs, and photos
History of writing quick daily news items across a variety of subjects
High attention to detail with clear, concise communication skills
Passion for sports and digital media
Ability to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to handle last‑minute or quick‑turnaround deadlines
Energetic and enthusiastic self‑starter who enjoys working under pressure
College athletics department multimedia production experience
Benefits‑eligible paid program, 11‑month duration, start date August 3, 2026
