Project Delivery Senior Analyst
Support software development (maintenance, enhancements, & modernization) of mission critical systems
Lead multiple Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) sessions per week
Write epics, features, and user stories
Support and maintain product roadmaps
Facilitate sessions including daily stand ups and retros
Work closely with the Product Lead to validate work is on time, elevate risks, and flag dependencies
Lead release management through client‑specific processes/stage gates
Ability to be on site 2‑3 days per week in Rosslyn, VA
Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required
2+ years of experience in Agile Software Development delivery and project management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SDLC
Experience with UX/UI design
Experience with product backlog management and user requirements gathering
Experience with Jira
