This role is for customer‑focused, in‑home services professionals who excel at consulting prospects and closing the sale. There’s no cold calling or canvassing, you’ll work exclusively with inbound leads and pre‑scheduled appointments, providing a consistent pipeline and $100K+ earning potential. This structured sales role is designed for professionals seeking long‑term stability, growth, and real upside.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting with prospects using a solution‑oriented sales approach

Conduct scheduled, inbound appointments with qualified prospects (no cold calling or door‑to‑door selling)

Build trust and strong relationships with clients to consistently close sales

Manage and follow up on a steady pipeline of inbound leads to maximizing conversion

Achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

Accurately document customer interactions and progress within the CRM or sales platform

Collaborate with internal teams while relying on company support for backend operations

Maintain professionalism and represent an award‑winning brand at every customer interaction.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, in‑home services, or consultative sales

Strong closing skills with the ability to guide prospects confidently from consultation to commitment

Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

Experience working with inbound leads and managing a structured sales pipeline

Self‑motivated, results‑driven professional who consistently meets or exceeds sales targets

Comfortable conducting scheduled, one‑on‑one appointments in a fast‑paced environment

Professional demeanor and strong work ethic aligned with a high‑performance sales culture

Basic proficiency with CRM systems or sales tracking tools

Ongoing pay: Hourly base (minimum wage) + aggressive commissions

Expected earnings: ~$100K within first 14 months; $150+ top performers
