
HR Talent Support Representative, Associate

Responsibilities
Support the pre-boarding process for student, faculty, staff, and team member hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required steps
Manage employment-related processes from pre-employment through termination, including background checks, licenses, and compliance requirements
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Proactively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to support hiring and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation within HR systems
Adapt to changing priorities while managing a high volume of tasks and deadlines
Perform additional duties as assigned
M inimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant administrative or customer-facing environments, or 1 year of internal HR experience
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Ability to follow established policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR systems
