Ophthalmic LAL Training & Adoption Lead

A leading ophthalmic technology company in Colorado Springs is looking for a Clinical Training Specialist III to provide training and clinical support for LAL adoption. This role will involve working closely with physicians and staff, monitoring clinical performance, and facilitating improvements in surgical outcomes. Candidates should have over 6 years of clinical experience in the ophthalmic industry and a strong understanding of cataract surgery processes.
