Work Type Full‑time Hybrid – Candidates must reside within the territory and be available for travel 2–5 days per week.
Compensation The base draw range is $50,000–$60,000 annually plus additional performance‑based incentives. Salary varies based on education, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and market alignment.
Location Details The position operates in a hybrid environment between a home office, schools, community, and event locations. Territory sales require residing in or near Cordele, Macon, and Dublin, GA.
Work Hours & Travel Hours may vary based on customer needs; evenings and weekends may be required. Travel is primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory (2–5+ days per week) with occasional out‑of‑area or overnight travel.
What You Will Do
Provide best‑in‑class consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
Demonstrate resilience to handle rejection and convert challenges into opportunities.
Use CRM tools to prospect, manage accounts, and track activities.
Increase sales in existing accounts by offering multi‑sport solutions at all levels.
Utilize data‑driven insights to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage the account list and travel to assigned territory.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or a coaching/sports‑related background.
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
High level of self‑direction, problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
Physical Requirements The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving.
