**Required:*** Proven track record managing a portfolio of analytical initiatives and recurring deliverables.* Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry ; familiarity with distribution, marketing, sales, and digital analytics is a plus.* Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain high‐performing teams.* Consultative communicator who can simplify complex topics, tell a clear insight‐driven story, and present options and trade‐offs to senior stakeholders* Proficiency across statistical analysis, forecasting/time series, segmentation, experimental design/A‐B testing, optimization, simulation, and foundational machine learning (classification, regression, clustering).* Experience working with technology partners to develop requirements and implement solutions.* Data transformation and modeling experience; exposure to modern ELT/ETL practices and working with large datasets.* Expertise with a leading BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) including semantic modeling, KPI design, and dashboard UX for executive and self‐service use.* Cloud data warehouses/lakes (e.g., Snowflake) and Orchestration (Airflow).* Overseeing solutions such as Python‐based pipelines to automate repeatable processes and reduce manual effort.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
