Marketing Project Manager – Germany This role sits at the center of marketing execution, ensuring that creative, product, and development teams work in perfect sync to deliver high-quality digital experiences. You will own the end-to-end coordination of marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch. Acting as the main bridge between Product, Design, and Development, you will translate complex requirements into clear, actionable briefs that guide execution. The position requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. You will oversee timelines, dependencies, and workflows while ensuring every deliverable meets brand and business standards. This is a highly collaborative role within an AI-driven and digital product-focused ecosystem, where precision and speed are equally critical.

Accountabilities In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and timely, high-quality delivery. You will coordinate workflows, define requirements, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders to keep execution smooth and efficient.

Own end-to-end marketing design project workflows, from intake and scoping to delivery and launch

Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for design teams

Prioritize incoming requests in collaboration with Product and Development teams based on impact and urgency

Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers

Translate product and technical requirements into clear, structured marketing and design briefs

Coordinate website launches and digital updates across design, content, and development teams

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all digital and marketing touchpoints

Improve operational processes, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and execution quality

Requirements The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing cross-functional marketing and design workflows in digital product environments. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, global teams and translating complex requirements into structured execution plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or similar roles

Strong experience managing design workflows and cross-functional coordination

Proven track record of supporting website and digital product launches

Experience working with CMS platforms and digital marketing toolsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience working in remote, globally distributed teams

Familiarity with tech, fintech, or infrastructure environments is a plus

Italian or Spanish language skills are a bonus
