Responsibilities The Marketing Specialist II will lead the development, coordination, and execution of comprehensive multi‑channel marketing campaigns with strategic oversight and creative ownership. This role expands beyond tactical execution to include campaign strategy development, cross‑functional collaboration with marketing and relationship building with other business unit leadership.
This position requires advanced analytical capabilities to partner with the Digital Engagement & Research teams to interpret campaign performance data, identify market trends and recommend strategic improvements. It also involves managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines. The Marketing Specialist II will serve as the primary point of contact for selecting marketing products and have decision‑making authority for campaign modifications within established parameters.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, this role includes budget oversight responsibilities for assigned campaigns and projects, requiring cost‑benefit analysis and ROI optimization. The Marketing Specialist II will also contribute to the development of marketing policies and procedures, bringing practical experience to strategic planning discussions.
This is a hybrid opportunity that requires office presence at the Headquarters in Enola, PA 2–3 days per week. In‑person training may be required.
