Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Maynard, MA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the national sales team to achieve revenue growth objectives. Key tasks include developing and executing strategic market plans, overseeing sales activities, managing high-value client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be expected to align sales strategies with organizational goals, mentor team members, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets
Proven ability in Team Management, with a focus on leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve peak performance
Experience in Market Planning and Account Management to develop strategic business opportunities and maintain key client relationships
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in using sales tools and technologies to support operations and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Experience in the hospitality or technology sectors is highly desirable
