Hybrid Responsibilities
Maintain and expand relationships with an existing client base Conduct software demonstrations and solution presentations Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned account portfolio Maintain accurate CRM records of all account activity and pipeline status Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs for revenue retention and account growth Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business association meetings Requirements
3+ years in sales or account management Experience engaging C-suite and operations-level decision makers CRM proficiency Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory Preferences
Experience selling SaaS or software solutions to business clients Familiarity with retail analytics, workforce management, or operational intelligence platforms Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft System One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
