Head of Growth (Mobile Games) – Germany We are currently looking for a Head of Growth (Mobile Games) in Germany. In this role, you will take ownership of a high-impact growth function dedicated to scaling mobile games through data-driven strategy, performance marketing, and product-led optimization. You will lead a small specialist team while also operating in a hands‑on capacity across key client engagements, ensuring both strategic direction and execution excellence. Positioned at the intersection of consulting and performance growth, you will influence how mobile games acquire, retain, and monetize users at scale. You will work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the COO, contributing to both operational and commercial decisions. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative, and highly analytical, requiring both leadership maturity and executional depth. This is a unique opportunity to shape growth strategies for leading mobile gaming products while directly impacting business outcomes.

Accountabilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a 4‑person growth team focused on mobile gaming performance and strategy

Own the overall quality, direction, and consistency of growth deliverables across multiple mobile game projects

Define and execute growth strategies spanning user acquisition, ASO, monetization, retention, and analytics

Lead or support high‑impact growth audits and strategic consulting engagements for key clients

Step into critical accounts to provide senior‑level expertise and hands‑on problem solving when needed

Improve internal processes, reporting structures, and KPI tracking to enhance visibility and performance

Contribute to commercial decisions, service development, and client scoping activities

Requirements

Strong background in mobile gaming growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing leadership roles

Proven experience working across multiple mobile game titles or large‑scale gaming portfolios

Deep expertise in at least one growth domain (UA, ASO, monetization, retention, or analytics) with broad cross‑functional understanding

Demonstrated ability to operate in a player‑coach role, balancing leadership with hands‑on execution

Experience mentoring or managing teams in a performance‑driven environment

Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a practical, execution‑oriented mindset

Experience in a mobile game studio, publisher, agency, or consulting environment is a strong advantage

Client‑facing experience and exposure to commercial discussions is highly valued

Ability to build frameworks, define KPIs, and improve operational processes
