Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new projects. Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with municipalities, consultants, and contractors. Experience running product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and driving adoption of traffic technology solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience representing the company at tradeshows and industry presentations. Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a field-based, outside sales role. Primary Responsibilities Manage a Southern California territory, developing relationships with municipalities, consultants, and contractors. Conduct product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and drive adoption of traffic detection, signal optimization, and safety technology solutions. Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for ITS and traffic technology products. Attend tradeshows and industry presentations to promote company solutions and expand visibility.
