This Frontier Account Associate role demands expertise in managing activation workflows, resolving service-related inquiries, and maintaining the integrity of customer data to support billing, reporting, and service delivery functions. As a Frontier Account Associate, you will proactively address common concerns—such as billing questions, coverage clarity, or device setup—during live consultations, resolving objections before they become barriers. Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Account Associate Manage daily account workflows by verifying service eligibility, coordinating documentation, and tracking activation timelines across bundled offerings. Guide customers through onboarding by supporting plan selection, eligibility review, and digital service setup. Maintain CRM systems with precise records of customer interactions, service milestones, and account preferences to support retention and reporting. Respond to service and billing inquiries via digital and phone-based channels with urgency and brand-aligned professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot account issues, align messaging, and implement workflow improvements. Monitor account activity and recommend upsell strategies to enhance satisfaction and drive campaign performance. What We’re Looking For in a Frontier Account Associate High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing preferred to support account operations and service fluency. Experience in account coordination, sales support, or activation workflows—ideally within telecom, electronics, or subscription-based environments. Communicates with clarity and confidence, simplifying bundled service options and guiding customers through enrollment and issue resolution. Skilled in CRM platforms and digital tools, with emphasis on accurate data logging, workflow tracking, and campaign visibility. Organized, proactive, and focused—you thrive in fast-paced settings and bring precision to every account task.
