What You'll Do:
Build and administer project and quote development
Use our customer relations module for: Quoting, product pricing based on contribution margin targets, project service and personal communication with our client base.
Quote distribution and follow up
Manage and maintain excellent customer relationships
Manage all incoming requests for selling and up selling opportunities
Manage sales related billing and administration issues
Provide support to the outside sales department
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
Proficient in Microsoft Office software; aptitude to become proficient with other software programs specifically CRM programs, strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to maintain confidential information

Qualifications
Bachelor's preferred or 5 years sales / customer service experience or an equivalent education and experience combination.
Bilingual Preferred
