We are seeking a Permanent Director of Loyalty Programs to join our fast-paced and innovative team. In this role, you will be at the helm of our loyalty program strategy, driving customer engagement and retention through the development and execution of compelling loyalty initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in marketing, CRM, data analysis, and mobile app strategies to acquire new loyalty guests and maintain a strong relationship with existing ones. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the thrill of driving customer loyalty, and is not afraid to think outside the box. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty program strategy to increase customer retention and engagement. Oversee the management and execution of all loyalty programs, ensuring they align with our overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs into broader marketing and business strategies. Leverage data and analytics to drive insights into customer behavior and preferences, and use these insights to optimize our loyalty programs. Manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to enhance the loyalty program offering. Drive acquisition of new loyalty guests through innovative marketing and engagement strategies. Oversee the development and implementation of mobile app strategies to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty. Regularly report on the performance of loyalty programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, partnership management, marketing, CRM, and data analysis. Proven track record of acquiring new loyalty guests and driving customer retention. Strong understanding of mobile app strategies and their role in driving customer loyalty. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools. A passion for customer loyalty and a customer-first mindset. Interested in hearing more?
