Job Details Responsibilities: Lead federal, state, and local tax compliance including corporate and partnership filings, estimates, and projections Oversee sales and use tax, property tax, business licenses, reconciliations, and audit support Manage income tax provision process under ASC 740 including journal entries and disclosures Support R&D credit studies and Section 174 analysis Drive tax planning initiatives to improve effective tax rate Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements Partner cross functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external advisors Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax Strong background in corporate and partnership income tax compliance, ASC 740, and U.S. GAAP Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. CPA is a plus Experience in public company or private equity backed environments is a plus Exposure to tax technology and automation tools preferred Interested in hearing more?
