This role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, reviewing financial and investment goals, recommending products, and potentially originating residential mortgage loans. The position requires SAFE Act registration and related background checks.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money management solutions).

Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.

Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds, while mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities.

Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.

Required Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.

Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.

Success in creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Result-driven mindset while prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

Capacity to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.

Desired Qualifications

Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).

Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
