Customer Service Representative
Serving homes and commercial businesses in Western PA, Armstrong Comfort Solutions provides a full line of heating, cooling and plumbing services. Working with all the major manufacturers, we create competitive solutions to any plumbing, heating or cooling need. We also offer creative clean air and clean water solutions for homes and businesses.

Responsibilities
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related questions
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests
Coordinate with service technicians and other team members to meet customer needs
Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
Collaborate with the sales team to promote new services and products to customers
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related field
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and data management
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems (preferred but not required)
High school diploma or equivalent
