About The Role We’re looking for a talented Mid Level Designer to join our team and elevate our visual storytelling across both internal and consumer-facing touchpoints. You will be a member of the Credit Card Marketing team reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, working on the creative as part of a small marketing team. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, commercial, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life—turning concepts into clear, compelling, and beautifully executed visuals. Your primary responsibility will be to build presentations, manage visual centers and key visuals, prepare files, comping mocks and supporting team members' marketing plans.

What You’ll Do

Design & Development of Strategic Assets

Develop marketing materials across multiple channels like digital, CRM, print, social and onsite placements

Execute light photo retouching and image preparation for pre-production marketing assets

Translate abstract ideas into polished proof-of-concept mocks and visual prototypes

Maintain consistency and quality across all internal materials

Create internal brand assets, templates, and visual systems

Stay progressive with emerging creative technologies, including AI tools, to enhance design workflows and concept development

Design high-impact decks for XFN leadership (Google Slides / PowerPoint)

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in graphic or visual design

Strong portfolio showcasing deck design, layout systems, and marketing collateral

Experience working with sports audiences is a plus

Skills

Ability to work across multiple mediums including art direction and graphic design

Basic understanding of brand systems and visual identity development

Advanced proficiency in Figma

Strong proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint

Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills

Ability to translate strategy into compelling visuals

High attention to detail and strong design judgment

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

Motion design or light animation experience

Experience designing for events or executive-level presentations

Salary Range $65,000 - $87,000 USD
