We’re looking for a driven and professional Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — assisting customers during urgent roadside situations and ensuring timely, accurate dispatch of services.
Schedule 7 a – 7 p (Sunday‑Tuesday)

What You’ll Do
Professionally answer and manage high‑volume inbound calls
Collect accurate service details and coordinate timely dispatch
Provide clear communication and real‑time updates to customers
Use GPS systems to deliver accurate ETAs
Assist customers with vehicle release procedures
Remain calm and solution‑focused in high‑pressure situations
Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
