Strategy Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

Assist in developing market assessments and business cases for new service lines, current service line expansion or contraction, partnerships, and geographic expansion.

Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and other outputs.

Support the development of monthly dashboards, reporting packages, and other strategy updates and status reports.

Assist in identifying, assessing, and qualifying new growth initiatives across service lines and partnerships to increase revenue and market share.

Conduct business‑development analyses and prepare business cases, in collaboration with Strategy and Business Development leadership, for internal and external stakeholders.

Support process development and project management efforts.

Provide support to the Business Development Manager for outreach and community‑based initiatives.

Leverage knowledge and experience in healthcare research and insights related to emerging healthcare trends (national, state, and local), market activities, market disruptors, and new opportunities to advance strategy and business development activities for Franciscan Health.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Master's Degree in Health Services Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration.

Required: 2 years of progressive experience in healthcare, strategy planning, business development, healthcare consulting, or a related field.

Preferred: 2 years of experience in a healthcare, hospital, health system, physician/medical group, or healthcare consulting environment.

Required: 2 years of proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

Required: 2 years of strong analytic skills, financial modeling capabilities, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred: 2 years of business case development and project management skills.

Travel Never or Rarely
