We’re expanding our event division and looking for an Entry Level Retail Event Assistant who’s ready to build real skills while representing one of the nation’s top wireless providers.
As an Entry Level Retail Event Assistant, you’ll work at in-store events, retail pop-ups, and community promotions across Worcester. This entry level position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and wants to learn sales, communication, and customer engagement directly from industry leaders.

Meet directly with customers at retail events to create genuine connections and spark engaging conversations about AT&T’s wireless services Explain wireless plans, features, and promotions in a friendly, easy-to-understand way that helps customers feel confident in their choices Help customers navigate device upgrades, service questions, and plan options by offering clear guidance and personalized recommendations Collaborate with your team of Entry Level Retail Event Assistant peers to reach event goals and maintain a high-energy, supportive team environment Participate in ongoing entry level training sessions designed to strengthen communication, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills Represent the AT&T brand with confidence, professionalism, and strong customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Candidate:
2- or 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Outgoing, personable, and excited to work in an in-person event setting A fast learner who thrives with hands-on, entry level training Someone who enjoys teamwork and can communicate clearly with customers A positive attitude and willingness to grow through coaching and mentorship Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or events is helpful, but this is entry level, so not required Reliable, goal-oriented, and at least 18+ years of age What’s In It For YOU As An Entry Level Retail Event Assistant at Mindset Marketing:
