
Bilingual/Spanish Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative

Job Description
At Regions, the Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services.
Primary Responsibilities
Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments
Inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem
Follow up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
Work with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identify opportunities for and support process improvements; apply disciplined change‑management practices
Make periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products, and services
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position
Preferences
One (1) year of customer service or related experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Training Hours Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Shift Hours 40 hours Monday – Friday between 7 am – 6 pm
Position Type Full time
Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors that directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Job Range Target – Minimum: $40,515.00 USD, Median: $46,386.90 USD.
Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
