
Customer Service Representative

Core Responsibilities
Retailer & Sales Support:
Distribute daily order reports to assigned sales representatives
Serve as a communication point for retailers regarding order status, product availability, and documentation needs
Maintain accurate and timely updates to internal teams
Collect, organize, and file all order‑related paperwork
Verify order accuracy and availability prior to routing
Maintain digital and physical documentation systems in accordance with internal standards
Calculate truck space requirements for outgoing orders
Prepare routing requests and communicate with logistics partners
Track shipment timelines and escalate issues as needed
Work with shipping department to ensure all orders are shipping on time and in full
Answer inbound consumer calls regarding product information
Provide clear, accurate responses and escalating issues appropriately
Maintain professionalism and brand‑aligned communication
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Clear verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced office environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in customer service, retail support, logistics, or administrative roles
Familiarity with order management systems or routing processes
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in reporting, documentation, and routing calculations
Communication: Maintains professional, timely communication with retailers, consumers, and internal teams
Organization: Manages paperwork, digital files, and daily workflows efficiently
Problem‑Solving: Identifies issues in orders or routing and escalates appropriately
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with office software and learning new systems
