PROPERTY MANAGER
We are currently seeking a Property Manager for a 108‑unit multifamily community in the central Austin area to oversee and direct the daily operations of the community. The position requires excellent skills in the management and motivation of people, the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the physical and financial integrity of the property and maximize returns in accordance with the owner's objectives, including leasing, collections, resident service, maintenance, reporting, and safety and legal compliance.
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans and strategies to meet operational goals.
Train, develop, and supervise all assigned personnel.
Maximize income, control expenditures, and meet pre‑determined budgetary goals.
Address resident, potential resident, and associate needs in a timely manner, providing accurate information about policies, procedures, and practices.
Ensure sound knowledge of on‑site maintenance requirements, including coordination with vendors and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong leasing experience.
3+ years leasing or management experience at a multi‑family property.
Experience with budgets and operating expenses.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
Strong organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
