About The Role
Empire Today is seeking experienced flooring installers to grow their installation business. Daily work is available, with multiple installations per crew per week for the right contractor. This is a 1099 independent contractor role based in Houston, TX, with options for telegraph and expanded earning potential as you transfer to other cities/states. Responsibilities
No customer communications No furniture to move or work around No collecting payment Steady volume of work Primarily Glue-Down LVP & Carpet over Pad Fast load-outs from a professional warehouse team Provide installation of flooring from Empire’s pre-sold jobs Qualifications
At least 1 year of flooring installation experience Personal vehicle (van or truck) and flooring installation tools Deliver excellent customer service 1099 Earnings What’s In It For You
